Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal or granary bread
  • Vegan butter for spreading (our favourite is Naturli)
  • 2 big hunks of vegan cheese (we like Bute Island Sheeze Strong Cheddar. There’s also Koko, Violife, Daiya, VBites, supermarket own brands)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Handful lettuce
  • 1 tbsp pickle
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo (our favourite is Follow Your Heart Veganaise)

Instructions

  1. Spread the slices of bread with the vegan butter and mayonaise.
  2. Layer up the other ingredients and top off with a tablespoon of pickle. Enjoy 🙂
